Srinivasu Malladi has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bharat Forge Ltd, where he will oversee global HR operations for the company’s workforce of more than 15,000 employees.
In his new role, Malladi will be responsible for shaping the organisation’s global talent strategy, strengthening workforce capabilities, and supporting the company’s broader transformation and long-term growth initiatives.
Strengthening Global Talent Strategy
As CHRO, Malladi will lead key HR functions including talent management, leadership development, organisational transformation, and workforce planning.
His appointment comes at a time when Bharat Forge continues to expand its global footprint and technological capabilities across advanced manufacturing, automotive components, and industrial engineering.
By aligning talent strategy with business objectives, the company aims to further strengthen its competitive position in global markets.
Extensive HR Leadership Experience
Malladi brings more than 22 years of human resources leadership experience across diverse sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
Before being elevated to the CHRO position, he served as Vice President and Head of HR at Bharat Forge Ltd, where he played a key role in shaping talent frameworks and HR transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited and Granules India Limited, gaining extensive experience in organisational development, workforce strategy, and HR operations.
