Viettel Solutions and Aduna Global have signed a framework agreement to collaborate on network API services during the Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. The partnership aims to enable enterprises and developers to access advanced network capabilities through standardized APIs, supporting innovation across multiple markets.
Partnership Framework and Technology Roadmap
Under the agreement, Viettel Solutions will work with Aduna Global to develop a roadmap for the potential deployment of network APIs. These APIs are designed to provide simplified and scalable access to telecom network capabilities through a consistent service model.
The initiative aligns with the GSMA-led GSMA Open Gateway program and follows the standards of CAMARA Project. The objective is to create interoperable interfaces that allow developers and enterprises to integrate telecom network capabilities more easily into their digital services.

Enabling Advanced Use Cases
The planned network APIs are expected to support a range of enterprise use cases, including transaction security, fraud detection, and digital identity verification. The collaboration will also ensure that all implementations comply with Vietnam’s data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
According to Viettel Solutions, the agreement represents a strategic step toward strengthening its digital service capabilities and improving the customer experience across its international operations.
Strategic Industry Collaboration
Speaking about the agreement, Nguyen Dang Trien, Vice General Director of Viettel Solutions, said the partnership will enhance the company’s ability to deliver reliable digital services to enterprises and partners.

Meanwhile, Anthony Bartolo, CEO of Aduna Global, highlighted Viettel’s international reach as a key addition to the growing network API ecosystem. He noted that collaboration among global operators will help advance the vision of the GSMA Open Gateway initiative and enable telecom companies worldwide to securely adopt interoperable network APIs.
The agreement was formally signed during Mobile World Congress 2026, with representatives from both organizations present at the ceremony.
Industry Ecosystem and Global Impact
Aduna is a collaborative initiative involving several major telecom operators and technology partners worldwide. The ecosystem includes companies such as AT&T, Bharti Airtel, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Reliance Jio, Singtel, Telefónica, Telstra, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Vodafone.
