Electreon (TASE: ELWS), the global leader in dynamic wireless electric vehicle charging, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire the assets of U.S.-based InductEV Inc., a pioneer in ultra-fast static wireless charging for heavy-duty electric transit and freight fleets.
If finalized through a definitive agreement, the merger will unify Electreon’s dynamic and stationary high-power charging technologies with InductEV’s ultra-fast static systems, creating the world’s most comprehensive wireless EV charging platform.
Key Highlights of the Planned Transaction
- End-to-end wireless charging platform: Combines Electreon’s dynamic systems and high-power stationary solutions with InductEV’s ultra-fast static charging technology to support all EV segments—from passenger cars to buses, heavy-duty trucks, and autonomous vehicles.
- Global expansion: The combined portfolio enhances support for large-scale wireless charging deployments across global markets.
- Innovation strength: Together, the companies bring approximately 400 granted and pending patents, plus extensive real-world deployment experience.
- Fleet integration advantage: Both companies work closely with major OEMs, helping accelerate adoption and seamless integration.
Electreon’s strong manufacturing capabilities and cost-efficient operations are expected to complement InductEV’s technology, creating a scalable and competitive global platform.
