Justin C. Thomas, CEO of Endurance Vehicle Services, has been recognized as the “Warranty Industry Champion” at the 2025 Warranty Innovation Awards, celebrating his leadership in transforming the auto protection landscape. The honor was presented during the 16th Annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations Conference held at The Drake Hotel in Chicago.
With over two decades in the automotive protection and financial services sectors, Thomas has spearheaded initiatives in transparency, innovation, and customer-centric service. His prior leadership roles at AON, The Warranty Group, Assurant, and The Olive Group contributed to the modernization of warranty programs and strengthened compliance standards across the industry.
