GRAPEVINE, Texas: In a heartfelt tribute to Veterans Day, Kubota Tractor Corporation reinforced its long-standing commitment to America’s veterans by honoring five farmer veterans with new Kubota equipment through its “Geared to Give” program. The ceremony took place during Kubota Connect 2025, the company’s annual dealer meeting, where the awardees were celebrated for their service and dedication to their communities through agriculture.
Honoring Service Through Sustainability
Since its inception in 2015, Kubota’s “Geared to Give” initiative, in partnership with the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC), has aimed to empower former service members transitioning into agricultural careers. The program provides veteran farmers with essential machinery, enabling them to strengthen rural economies while promoting sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
Operational Details: Recognizing the 2025 Honorees
This year’s recipients represent diverse regions across the United States:
- Darnell Dugger (Georgia), U.S. Army veteran and founder of Acre & Herd Ranch, received an MX5400HST utility tractor.
- Kyle Londre (Missouri), U.S. Army veteran, was awarded an RTV-X Crew utility vehicle for his Texas Longhorn cattle ranch.
- Rob Niles (Vermont), Vermont Army National Guard veteran, received an L02 compact tractor for his maple sugaring business.

Each honoree was recognized on stage before hundreds of Kubota dealers and presented with a custom challenge coin by Alex Woods, President of Kubota Tractor Corporation and Army National Guard veteran.
Economic Impact: Empowering Farmer Veterans
Through the “Geared to Give” initiative, Kubota has contributed over $1.1 million in support and donated 51 pieces of equipment to veteran farmers nationwide. The partnership with FVC ensures that veterans gain not only equipment but also mentorship, grants, and access to a strong agricultural network. Kubota also extends exclusive purchase rebates for FVC members at its 1,100 authorized dealerships.
Strategic Significance: Expanding Veteran Support
Beyond farming, Kubota continues to strengthen its alliance with the Boot Campaign, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of veterans and military families. In 2025, Kubota and its dealers raised $100,000 for the campaign’s programs that provide individualized, life-improving care. The partnership will continue in 2026, further aligning Kubota’s corporate mission with veteran welfare and community empowerment.
