AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN — Automotive giant Stellantis (NYSE: STLA) has launched a revamped, user-focused connected services structure for U.S. customers, introducing two streamlined subscription tiers beginning July 2025. The new offerings—Connect ONE and Connect Wi-Fi PLUS—are designed to deliver long-term value and elevate the digital in-vehicle experience across Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, and FIAT vehicles.
This customer-first overhaul brings more transparency and usability to digital services, providing essential and premium features in easy-to-understand bundles.
Two-Tier System for Flexible Connectivity
Connect ONE (Included for 10 Years):
Offered at no additional cost, this foundational package includes key features such as:
- Over-the-air (OTA) software updates
- Vehicle health reports & alerts
- Service scheduling tools
- Remote lock/unlock via app
- Digital Key access (select models)
- EV charging controls
- Basic navigation & in-vehicle games
- Automatic SOS calls and recall alerts

- Stolen vehicle tracking and location-based Drive Alerts
- Advanced Remote Commands (start engine, climate control, vehicle location)
- Voice Assistant integration for car functions and smart home control
- Real-time navigation with traffic updates, map enhancements, and Alexa built-in
New vehicle buyers can activate a free three-month trial of Connect Wi-Fi PLUS if enrolled within 30 days of purchase or lease.
Long-Term Value with a Simplified Approach
Stellantis’ reimagined service model doubles the coverage duration for many services and simplifies activation. Vehicle Health reports and Remote Access tools now span a full decade—up from previous 3- to 5-year limits.
Rollout and Availability
- Launch begins in July 2025 for Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, and FIAT vehicles in the U.S.
- Chrysler and Alfa Romeo will follow later this year
- Eligible owners can activate services through dealerships, brand apps, or websites
- Canadian rollout is expected by year-end
