SAN FRANCISCO – Berit Tomten, Senior Director of Project Management at Hamilton Zanze, has been named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence Class of 2025 in the Corporate Real Estate Executive category, honoring her expertise and leadership in managing capital projects across the firm’s national multifamily portfolio.

A Unique Background in Athletics and Leadership
Beyond her real estate achievements, Tomten has an impressive athletic history. She is a former All-American swimmer, competitive ski jumper, and collegiate rower at the University of Minnesota, and was a near-qualifier for the 2014 USA Olympic bobsled team.
This athletic discipline has translated into her project management approach, where precision, teamwork, and high performance are key.
