    Richtech Robotics Joint Venture Partner Secures US$4M Sales Agreement to Expand in Asia’s AI Robotics Market

    Nevada-based Richtech Robotics, a leading developer of AI-powered service robots, has announced that its Chinese joint venture, Boyu Artificial Intelligence Technology, has signed a US$4 million sales agreement with Beijing Tongchuang Technology Development. This strategic deal aims to strengthen Richtech’s presence in the Asian AI robotics market while contributing to its fourth-quarter revenue growth.

    Operational Details

    The agreement covers the purchase, service, and software licensing of three of Richtech’s flagship product lines: ADAM, Scorpion, and Titan. The company anticipates the partnership will generate recurring income in addition to immediate revenue impact.

    Expansion in Asia

    Through this collaboration, Richtech aims to broaden its footprint in China and explore new business opportunities across Asia. The company’s strategy focuses on leveraging its AI robotics technology to meet the rising demand for automation in hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

    Current Deployments and Client Base

    Richtech Robotics already has more than 400 robotic systems deployed across the United States. Its solutions are widely used in hospitality, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Notable clients include Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, Golden Corral, Hilton, Sodexo, Boyd Gaming, and several senior living and healthcare facilities.

    Strategic Significance

    The company’s AI-powered robots are designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer service, performing functions such as food delivery, automated cleaning, and industrial workflow support. This new partnership highlights Richtech’s ambition to become a key player in the Asian AI robotics and automation market.
