NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2025 — Diana Health, a modern women’s health network, has raised $55 million in Series C funding led by HealthQuest Capital, with participation from Norwest Venture Partners, .406 Ventures, LRVHealth, and AlleyCorp. The financing will accelerate the company’s mission to expand access to holistic, whole-person women’s healthcare in partnership with hospitals.

Scaling a Modern Healthcare Network
Diana Health currently operates nine locations across Tennessee, Florida, and Texas, with new sites in Chattanooga and Jacksonville. Its model integrates Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), OB-GYNs, and wellness professionals, enabling longer patient appointments, proactive care, and fewer unnecessary interventions.
Responding to the Maternal Health Crisis
The U.S. faces a critical maternal health challenge, with mortality rates twice those of other developed nations. With over 500 hospital labor & delivery unit closures in the past decade, Diana Health provides a scalable blueprint to restore and sustain OB-GYN services while meeting growing patient demand for individualized, compassionate care.
Strengthening Leadership and Partnerships
Alongside the funding, Dr. Neel Shah, Chief Medical Officer of Maven Clinic, joins Diana Health’s Board of Directors. His expertise in evidence-based, patient-centered women’s health further strengthens the company’s vision of safe births, robust postpartum support, and lifelong wellness care.
A Future of Whole-Person Women’s Care
Caring for over 80,000 women annually, Diana Health addresses the full spectrum of needs—from sexual health and pregnancy to menopause. With enhanced digital tools, clinical programs, and hospital partnerships, the company is setting new standards in quality, safety, and patient experience.
