DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) has announced the launch of its new Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in London, designed to help organizations unlock the full value of artificial intelligence across the enterprise. The center will support businesses in transitioning from AI experimentation to scalable implementation, delivering tangible and measurable results.
Located in the City of London’s financial district, the facility reinforces DXC’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the UK and Ireland while expanding its AI-driven transformation capabilities.
Driving AI from Ambition to Execution
The London CEC will leverage the expertise of 6,000 multidisciplinary professionals across the UK and Ireland, including systems architects, software engineers, industry specialists, and service delivery teams. This regional expertise is further supported by DXC’s global network of 40,000 developers.
The center enables collaborative innovation across DXC’s portfolio, including automation, generative and agentic AI, AdvisoryX consulting services, agentic security operations, enterprise applications, and infrastructure solutions. By fostering co-creation between clients and experts, the facility aims to help organizations operationalize AI securely and at scale.
Supporting Public and Private Sector Transformation
DXC’s Customer Experience Centre is positioned to support key public and private institutions in the region, including the Metropolitan Police, Network Rail, Barts Health NHS Trust, London Market Insurance companies, the Ministry of Defence, and the Department of Health & Social Care.
Industry leaders emphasize the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration in overcoming organizational, regulatory, and cultural barriers that often slow AI scaling. The center provides a hands-on environment where business and technology teams can validate, industrialize, and deploy AI-driven solutions on complex platforms.
Talent Investment and Regional Expansion
To strengthen its AI capabilities, DXC is recruiting 150 AI specialists across the UK and Ireland. The initiative is intended to help clients prioritize and operationalize AI strategies while cultivating the next generation of transformation leaders.
The new London center complements DXC’s existing regional footprint, including facilities in Erskine, Newcastle, Tewkesbury, and Farnborough, reinforcing its long-term commitment to innovation and digital transformation in the region.
