KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA Inc., has announced the release of KIOTI Connect 2.0, a significant upgrade to its digital customer platform. Originally launched in February 2025 as a connected service solution, the app now evolves into a comprehensive digital hub designed to support customers throughout the entire equipment lifecycle—from research and purchasing to maintenance and long-term ownership.
Expanded Product Discovery and Purchasing Tools
KIOTI Connect 2.0 introduces a suite of enhanced features aimed at simplifying the equipment selection and purchasing process. Users can now browse the complete KIOTI product lineup with detailed specifications, images, and configuration options.
The updated platform also includes a “Build and Price” feature, allowing customers to customize equipment and receive instant MSRP pricing based on selected specifications, followed by dealer quotations. In addition, the app centralizes access to financing programs, promotional offers, and rate information to streamline purchasing decisions.

Ownership Support and Intelligent Assistance
Beyond the buying process, KIOTI Connect 2.0 strengthens post-purchase support. Users can access owner manuals, warranty information, event updates, dealer locators, and company news within the app.
A newly integrated intelligent assistant translates technical machine data and system alerts into clear, actionable guidance. This functionality is designed to help operators of varying experience levels make informed decisions quickly, whether on job sites or in the field.
The app is optimized for efficient performance, ensuring critical data remains accessible when connectivity is available, supporting uninterrupted workflow management.
Strategic Digital Transformation
According to Youngjin Son, Senior Vice President and Chief Product Technology Officer of Daedong-USA Inc., KIOTI Tractor Division, the update reflects the company’s commitment to delivering greater convenience and long-term value. By consolidating product research, purchasing tools, connected machine monitoring, and ownership resources into a single platform, KIOTI aims to strengthen customer relationships and enhance overall brand engagement.
