Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (XCMG Group) and ZF Friedrichshafen AG have signed a joint venture agreement to strengthen collaboration in agricultural machinery technology. The new joint venture, ZF (Xuzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd., will be headquartered in the Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, China.
