RealMan Robotics has launched a large-scale Humanoid Robotics Data Training Center in Beijing, aimed at accelerating the development of humanoid robots for both domestic and industrial applications.
An Integrated Innovation Hub
The 3,000m² (approximately 32,000ft²) facility has been established as an integrated innovation hub combining core technology research and development, scenario-based application testing, operator training, and ecosystem collaboration.
The centre is divided into two primary areas — a training zone and an application zone — and currently deploys 108 robotic systems. These include embodied dual-arm lifting robots, wheeled humanoids, drone-arm systems, and quadruped robotic platforms.
Real-World Testing Environments
To support large-scale multimodal data generation, the facility incorporates 10 simulated real-world environments. These environments enable structured testing and validation while producing an estimated one million high-quality data points annually for advanced AI model training.
Application scenarios include:
- Eldercare and rehabilitation
- Special operations
- New retail environments
- Automotive assembly
- Smart catering systems
By replicating operational conditions across sectors, the centre is designed to bridge the gap between laboratory research and practical deployment.
Addressing Core Robotics Challenges
According to RealMan Robotics, the training centre targets three fundamental challenges in humanoid robotics development:
- Limited cross-scenario data generalisation
- Discrepancies between simulated and real-world environments
- Lack of standardised data formats and efficient closed-loop iteration processes
By generating diverse, real-world data at scale, the facility aims to improve adaptability, robustness, and deployment readiness of next-generation humanoid systems.
Accelerating AI-Driven Robotics
As competition intensifies in the global humanoid robotics sector, the launch of this Beijing-based centre reflects growing investment in data-driven development strategies. By combining hardware testing, AI model training, and application validation under one roof, RealMan Robotics positions itself to advance both industrial automation and service robotics solutions.
