Prezent, a startup developing AI-powered tools for enterprise presentations, has raised $30 million in new funding and acquired Prezentium, a presentation services firm specializing in the life sciences sector. The funding round was led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with participation from Emergent Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Alumni Ventures. Prezent has now raised over $74 million and is valued at $400 million.
Strategic Acquisition of Prezentium
Prezentium, founded by Deepti Juturu, had an existing partnership with Prezent, acting as a go-to-market collaborator. With this acquisition, Prezent unifies its operations, combining Prezentium’s deep industry expertise with its AI platform.
“The acquisition allows us to strengthen our reach by combining long-standing client relationships with our AI tools,” said Rajat Mishra, founder of Prezent.
AI Platform and Human Expertise
Prezent’s platform automates the creation of structured, data-backed presentation slides for corporate teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance. With Prezentium’s integration, the company now offers specialized services in life sciences, managing deck creation, editing, and review for regulated industries.
A key differentiator is the use of presentation engineers embedded within client teams. These experts train employees on using the AI software and ensure outputs meet corporate standards, providing a hybrid model of automation plus human guidance.
“The reality of AI in enterprise is that while AI can do many things, it can’t teach people how to use it. That is why we embed presentation engineers in companies to help customers adopt the product faster,” Mishra said.

Prezent competes with companies such as Presentations.ai, Lica, Gamma, and Chronicle, most of which focus on consumer or small business segments. By targeting large enterprises in industries like life sciences and technology, Prezent emphasizes formal communication standards and operational reliability.
The acquisition reflects a growing trend in the AI industry: combining software innovation with service operations to consolidate client relationships and deploy automation effectively across business processes.
