Zenobē has announced the acquisition of Revolv, marking a significant expansion of its North American operations. The deal signals Zenobē’s entry into the U.S. commercial electric truck segment and reinforces its position as a global leader in fleet electrification.
Growing Momentum in Fleet Electrification
The acquisition comes at a time when the zero-emission truck (ZET) market in the U.S. is experiencing rapid growth, with tens of thousands of electric trucks already deployed nationwide. North America is emerging as a key market for commercial fleet electrification, driven by sustainability targets, regulatory support, and increasing demand for cleaner logistics solutions.
By acquiring Revolv, Zenobē is capitalizing on this momentum while expanding beyond its existing footprint in student transportation and public transit.

Operational Details: Expanding Fleet and Infrastructure
Through the acquisition, Zenobē assumes operational control of 13 customer sites and more than 100 electric trucks across California. The deal also includes a strong pipeline of projects under development, further strengthening the company’s regional presence.
The integration of Revolv’s team brings valuable expertise in U.S. commercial fleet operations, ensuring continuity for existing customers while enhancing Zenobē’s ability to scale its services.
Zenobē’s global portfolio now supports over 3,400 electric vehicles across multiple markets, backed by deep engineering, operational, and financing capabilities.
Leadership and Strategic Vision
Andreas Lips, recently appointed President of EV North America, emphasized the importance of delivering end-to-end electrification solutions. The company aims to provide vehicles, charging infrastructure, financing, and long-term battery performance under a unified platform.
Founder Director Steven Meersman highlighted that combining Revolv’s platform with Zenobē’s global expertise will accelerate electrification at scale and unlock new growth opportunities.
Economic Impact: Accelerating Clean Fleet Adoption
The acquisition is expected to drive faster adoption of electric commercial fleets by offering integrated solutions that reduce operational complexity and financial risk for fleet operators.
Zenobē’s battery-as-a-service model further strengthens its value proposition by providing performance guarantees, managing battery lifecycle risks, and enabling cost efficiencies through second-life battery applications.
