Quicktron Robotics has introduced its latest automation solutions – QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube – to the US market at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta. The launch highlights the company’s continued push to deliver high-density, scalable, and flexible warehouse automation systems designed to meet evolving fulfillment and material handling demands.
Expanding Automation for Modern Warehousing
As global supply chains face rising fulfillment volumes, labor shortages, and increasing customer expectations, warehouse automation providers are focusing on solutions that maximize efficiency and flexibility. Quicktron’s latest offerings are designed to address these industry challenges by enabling high-density storage, faster throughput, and adaptable system configurations across diverse operational environments.
Operational Details: QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube Capabilities
QuickBin Ultra represents the latest evolution of Quicktron’s piece-picking solution, offering a vertical tote storage and fulfillment system that is both space-saving and scalable. By combining M5E tote-moving robots and A5 tote-picking robots, the system achieves a picking capacity of 40–45 bins per hour and supports high-density, multi-depth storage. It operates at speeds of up to 3 m/s, while mobile robots can reach 4.5 m/s and run for up to 12 hours on a single charge. A single workstation can deliver outbound throughput of up to 600 totes per hour, with compatibility across existing QuickBin systems.
QuickCube, on the other hand, is designed for pallet automation. It features ultra-thin C150 four-way shuttles capable of speeds up to 2 m/s, integrated with the E200 narrow-profile lift system. The solution increases storage density by 50%, reduces operation and maintenance costs by 70%, and improves positioning stability by 90%. It is particularly suited for environments with high inventory turnover, including cold storage and fast-paced distribution centers.
Integrated Innovation: The QuickMix Hybrid Architecture
In addition to these solutions, Quicktron also introduced QuickMix, a hybrid automation architecture that integrates QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube into a unified system. This modular platform combines robotics and software to deliver a comprehensive solution capable of handling complex warehouse operations. QuickMix is designed to help businesses scale efficiently while addressing challenges such as urbanization, increasing SKU complexity, and demand variability.
Industry Impact and Strategic Significance
According to Iris Ren, Global Marketing & Overseas Channel Head at Quicktron Robotics, the solutions attracted strong interest from FMCG, 3PL, and e-commerce sectors at MODEX. The systems are designed to manage high SKU volumes and fluctuating order profiles while improving storage density, order accuracy, and operational agility.
Yang Wei, CEO and Founder of Quicktron Robotics, emphasized the company’s commitment to continuous innovation and scalable automation. With over 42,000 mobile robots deployed across more than 1,000 customers in 50+ countries, Quicktron continues to strengthen its global presence. The company’s solutions, supported by over 550 patents and compliance with international standards such as UL, ETL, and CE, aim to provide a future-ready platform for warehouse modernization.
