KIOTI Connect 2.0 introduces a suite of enhanced features aimed at simplifying the equipment selection and purchasing process. Users can now browse the complete KIOTI product lineup with detailed specifications, images, and configuration options.
The updated platform also includes a “Build and Price” feature, allowing customers to customize equipment and receive instant MSRP pricing based on selected specifications, followed by dealer quotations. In addition, the app centralizes access to financing programs, promotional offers, and rate information to streamline purchasing decisions.
Ownership Support and Intelligent Assistance
Beyond the buying process, KIOTI Connect 2.0 strengthens post-purchase support. Users can access owner manuals, warranty information, event updates, dealer locators, and company news within the app.
A newly integrated intelligent assistant translates technical machine data and system alerts into clear, actionable guidance. This functionality is designed to help operators of varying experience levels make informed decisions quickly, whether on job sites or in the field.
