REPT BATTERO showcased a broad portfolio of advanced energy storage systems, hybrid battery technologies, and ultra-fast charging solutions during the 18th China International Battery Fair 2026 held in Shenzhen. The exhibition highlighted the company’s latest developments for residential energy storage, electric passenger vehicles, and commercial transportation applications.
During the event, REPT BATTERO introduced new high-capacity battery cells, next-generation hybrid solid-liquid battery platforms, and megawatt-level charging systems aimed at improving charging efficiency, operational safety, and lifecycle performance across multiple sectors.
Expanded Energy Storage Portfolio for Residential and Grid Applications
REPT BATTERO presented a comprehensive lineup of energy storage products designed for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale deployments. The company showcased multiple battery cell formats ranging from 50Ah to 588Ah, targeting applications from household ESS systems to large-scale grid-connected storage projects.
Among the highlights were the Wending® 392Ah and Wending® 588Ah large-capacity energy storage cells. According to the company, the 392Ah variant delivers 25% higher capacity compared to conventional 314Ah products, achieving 1.25 kWh per cell while maintaining up to 95% efficiency under 0.5P operating conditions.

The larger Wending® 588Ah cell reaches 1.88 kWh per cell and is engineered for long-duration energy storage applications. REPT BATTERO stated that the product delivers more than 10,000 charge cycles with an operational lifespan of 25 to 30 years, balancing energy density, safety, and durability through the company’s Wending® battery architecture.
Powtrix® 3.0 System Enhances Utility-Scale Storage Efficiency
The company also unveiled its Powtrix® 3.0 energy storage system, which integrates 392Ah battery cells into a standard 20-foot containerized solution. REPT BATTERO reported that the upgraded system increases energy capacity to 6.26 MWh while improving space efficiency and reducing installation time.
Compared with previous configurations, the Powtrix® 3.0 system delivers a 25% increase in energy capacity, reduces footprint requirements by 16%, and shortens on-site installation time by 18%. The system supports stable operation across extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C and features thermal propagation prevention, active balancing functions, and enhanced seismic safety capabilities.
Passenger Vehicle Technologies Focus on Ultra-Fast Charging
In the electric passenger vehicle segment, REPT BATTERO showcased its 120Ah fast-charging battery cell capable of supporting 6C ultra-fast charging. The company stated that the cell combines high energy density with advanced thermal management and operates efficiently across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 70°C.

The company also highlighted its Wending® 54Ah battery cell, widely used in plug-in hybrid electric vehicle platforms. REPT BATTERO noted that the product was among the first to comply with China’s GB38031-2025 mandatory battery safety standard, successfully passing thermal expansion, fire exposure, and impact resistance tests.
In addition, the company introduced its new hybrid solid-liquid battery platform featuring manganese-based and nickel-rich battery systems for both mainstream and premium EV markets.
The manganese-based platform is designed for high durability and cold-weather operation, retaining more than 80% capacity at temperatures as low as -40°C while supporting over 4,000 charge cycles. The high-nickel platform, targeting premium long-range EVs, achieves energy densities ranging from 280 Wh/kg to 400 Wh/kg through solid-state electrolyte coating technology and silicon-carbon anode materials.
Commercial Vehicle Solutions Target Megawatt Charging Applications
For commercial transportation markets, REPT BATTERO presented multiple battery solutions tailored for buses, heavy-duty trucks, mining vehicles, and construction machinery.

The company introduced its LFP 268Ah ultra-fast charging battery, capable of supporting 4C charging and delivering up to 240 kilometers of driving range within 15 minutes. REPT BATTERO also showcased the LFP 324Ah long-life battery, engineered for high-intensity transportation operations with an operational lifespan reaching 10 years or 1.5 million kilometers.
Another major highlight was the Pack-F battery solution, which increases single-pack energy capacity to 600 kWh while supporting megawatt-level 1.5C fast charging. According to the company, the system improves charging efficiency by approximately 40%, supporting faster turnaround times for commercial fleet operations.

The technologies presented at CIBF 2026 reflect the accelerating global demand for higher-capacity batteries, ultra-fast charging infrastructure, and long-duration energy storage systems.
