Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) announced the appointment of Bill Beck as President of Tools & Outdoor, effective October 1, 2025. Beck, who currently serves as General Manager and Chief Growth Officer for the division, will lead the company’s portfolio of iconic brands while advancing its strategic growth initiatives and market positioning.
Leadership and Experience
With over 25 years of experience in product management and brand marketing, Beck brings a wealth of leadership expertise to Stanley Black & Decker. Prior to joining the company in March 2024, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Elevance Health, leading brand architecture and go-to-market strategies. Beck also held senior roles at Whirlpool Corporation, overseeing North American kitchen brands and global brand strategy, and began his career at Pepperidge Farm in sales and marketing.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University.
